Welcome to SafiNetwork. By accessing our Minecraft servers, Discord platform, or any affiliated services, you agree to comply with the following terms. These rules are enforced to maintain a secure, respectful, and fair environment for all participants.

Failure to comply may result in temporary or permanent removal from SafiNetwork services.

SECTION 1 — Account & Eligibility

• 1.1 You must be at least 13 years old to apply for a staff position on SafiNetwork.
• 1.2 You are fully responsible for all activity conducted under your account.
• 1.3 If your account is compromised, it will be temporarily banned until you confirm full recovery and secure access.
• 1.4 Alternate accounts are prohibited unless explicitly approved by SafiNetwork Management.
• 1.5 Ban evasion using alternate accounts will result in full network-wide removal.
• 1.6 Shared accounts are discouraged. Only the original account owner will be held accountable.
• 1.7 VPN usage is strictly prohibited across all SafiNetwork services.
• 1.8 Staff may request verification of account ownership at any time.
• 1.9 If your staff application is accepted, you must complete a voice interview in a private Discord call as part of the verification process.
• 1.10 Staff positions may only be granted to individuals who have completed a formal application process and recorded interview. Unauthorized staff appointments are strictly prohibited.

SECTION 2 — Community Conduct

• 2.1 All members must treat others with respect. Harassment, bullying, or targeted attacks are not tolerated.
• 2.2 Hate speech of any kind is prohibited. This includes racism, sexism, homophobia, and discrimination.
• 2.3 Any form of LGBTQ+/Pride-related hate or excessive promotion is disallowed.
• 2.4 Public chat must be conducted in English only to ensure moderation clarity.
• 2.5 Sexually explicit, graphically violent, or otherwise offensive content is strictly forbidden.
• 2.6 Doxxing — the sharing of personal or private information — is a serious violation.
• 2.7 Impersonation of staff, players, or public figures is not permitted.
• 2.8 Advertising external servers, services, or links without written approval is prohibited.
• 2.9 Excessive toxicity, baiting, or disruptive behavior will result in disciplinary action.
• 2.10 Spamming — including repeated messages, emoji floods, or mic abuse — is not allowed.
• 2.11 All members must comply with staff instructions. Staff decisions are final.

SECTION 3 — Cheating, Exploiting & Fair Play

• 3.1 The use of unauthorized modifications, hacked clients, or external tools is strictly forbidden.
• 3.2 Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics is considered cheating.
• 3.3 X-ray texture packs, auto-clickers, macros, and ghost clients are prohibited.
• 3.4 Duplication glitches, terrain exploits, and item manipulation are not allowed.
• 3.5 Any attempt to bypass server protections or gain unfair advantage will result in immediate action.
• 3.6 Players must report discovered exploits to staff immediately.
• 3.7 Participation in exploit abuse — even passively — is a violation of these terms.

SECTION 4 — Voice Chat (Simple Voice Chat Mod)

• 4.1 All staff members are required to install Simple Voice Chat.
• 4.2 All staff must maintain a working microphone for communication.
• 4.3 Voice chat is reserved for verbal communication only.
• 4.4 Playing music, soundboards, or disruptive audio is prohibited.
• 4.5 Recording voice chat without consent is not allowed.
• 4.6 Respect others’ boundaries — do not force or pressure voice interactions.

SECTION 5 — Staff Conduct & Internal Policy

• 5.1 Staff must maintain professionalism at all times, both in-game and on Discord.
• 5.2 Abuse of power, favoritism, or unprofessional behavior will result in disciplinary review.
• 5.3 Staff must use their official prefix and in-game name in their Discord nickname (e.g., [Admin] ItsSafi).
• 5.4 Misleading, inappropriate, or hidden staff identities are not permitted.
• 5.5 All internal information, including staff discussions and player data, is confidential.
• 5.6 Staff meetings are conducted via Discord or Google Meet, scheduled by the Owner or authorized personnel.
• 5.7 Staff may request department changes at any time. Upon transfer, rank resets to entry-level in the new department.
• 5.8 Rank titles may vary by department and are subject to change. Advancement is based on merit, not title permanence.

SECTION 6 — Staff Disciplinary Protocol

• 6.1 First Violation: Temporary suspension or removal of permissions
• 6.2 Second Violation: Demotion or reassignment
• 6.3 Third Violation: Permanent removal from the staff team
• 6.4 All disciplinary actions are reviewed by SafiNetwork Management

SECTION 7 — Creator Role Requirements

• 7.1 Applicants must maintain an active content channel on YouTube, TikTok, or Twitch
• 7.2 Minimum audience requirements:
  • YouTube: 100+ subscribers
  • TikTok: 250+ followers
  • Twitch: 25+ average live viewers
• 7.3 Applicants must have posted at least 5 SafiNetwork-related videos or streams
• 7.4 All content must include the server IP in the title or description
• 7.5 All applications are manually reviewed by the Media Team

SECTION 8 — Virtual Goods & Store Purchases

• 8.1 All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued.
• 8.2 Virtual items have no cash value and are licensed for use on SafiNetwork only.
• 8.3 SafiNetwork reserves the right to modify or discontinue any item at any time.

SECTION 9 — Legal & Intellectual Property

• 9.1 All SafiNetwork branding, software, and assets are protected intellectual property.
• 9.2 You may not reuse, redistribute, or monetize SafiNetwork content without written permission.
• 9.3 Builds, messages, and content created on SafiNetwork may be used by the network for promotional or archival purposes.
• 9.4 SafiNetwork services are provided “as is” — uptime and performance are not guaranteed.
• 9.5 Users are responsible for their actions. Legal violations or damages caused to SafiNetwork may result in liability.

SECTION 10 — Final Agreement

• 10.1 These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of SafiNetwork constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
• 10.2 The SafiNetwork Privacy Policy is part of these terms and available on our website.
• 10.3 For questions, concerns, or appeals, please open a support ticket via Discord.

SECTION 11 — Staff Applications & Application Terms

These terms govern all staff-related applications submitted to SafiNetwork (including, but not limited to, Trainee, Moderator, Administrator, and Department-specific roles). By submitting an application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following conditions.

11.A Eligibility & Age

• 11.1 Applicants must be 13 years of age or older at the time of submission. Applications from individuals under 13 will be declined without review.
• 11.2 Where applicable, parental consent may be requested for applicants who are minors under local law.

11.B Verification & Communication

• 11.3 Applicants must be verified in our Discord server: discord.stegroup.co.
• 11.4 If you encounter verification issues, you must open a support ticket via our Discord support channel: Support Tickets.
• 11.5 Application status updates are communicated in #staff-updates: Staff Updates. Approved applications will be posted in this channel. Denied applications will no longer be posted in this channel as of October 3, 2025, but may be communicated directly to the applicant via Discord DM.

11.C Submission Requirements

• 11.6 All staff applications must be submitted exclusively through the official portal: stegroup.co/applications. Applications submitted elsewhere (DMs, email, other sites) will not be considered.
• 11.7 Submissions must be truthful, complete, and accurate. Misrepresentation, plagiarism, or falsified experience will result in immediate denial and may lead to a community ban.
• 11.8 You consent to basic background checks within our network (e.g., prior punishments, alternate accounts, or security risks) to verify eligibility.
• 11.9 Only one active application per person is allowed at any time. Unless otherwise stated, please wait 30 days before reapplying after a denial.

11.D Review Process & Timelines

• 11.10 Typical review time is up to two (2) weeks, but it may be shorter or longer depending on team workload and volume. Please be patient.
• 11.11 Approved applications will be posted in #staff-updates. Denied applications will no longer be posted in this channel as of October 3, 2025. For denied applications, you will be notified directly via Discord DM if contact information is available.
• 11.12 We may contact you for clarifications, written follow-ups, or to schedule an interview. Failure to respond within a reasonable time may result in denial.

11.E Interviews, Trials & Onboarding

• 11.13 Acceptance may be conditional upon successful completion of a voice interview and/or trial period. A working microphone and the Simple Voice Chat mod are required for staff roles.
• 11.14 New staff may be placed on probation, during which performance and conduct are closely evaluated. Failure to meet expectations can result in immediate removal.

11.F Conduct, Confidentiality & Revocation

• 11.15 All staff are bound by internal policies, confidentiality obligations, and professional conduct standards outlined in these Terms.
• 11.16 Offers may be revoked at any time prior to onboarding if new information arises that affects eligibility or trust.
• 11.17 Attempting to bribe, coerce, or otherwise unduly influence reviewers will result in immediate denial and possible sanctions.

11.G Finality of Decisions

• 11.18 All application decisions are at the sole discretion of SafiNetwork Management. Submitting an application does not guarantee a position.
• 11.19 You may appeal procedural issues via a Discord support ticket; however, appeals do not guarantee reconsideration.
